So, I got these emails today regarding my apps from FGL:

"After Review, your app has been removed from Google Play because it violates our personal and sensitive information policy and section 4.3 of the Developer Distribution Agreement. This app won’t be available to users until you submit a compliant update".

I don't remember ever putting anything into any of my apps that collect information from people. The only possibility is that one of the FGL APIs like absorb, or maybe gamecircle asks for information. If that is the case, then all of my apps may have this problem. Since its an FGL API, I was wondering if FGL had a blanket solution to this issue that they could include a privacy policy within their API to fix this.

Has any of you guys run into this issue with either enhance or  gamecircle or such?

No, I don't think I ever implemented googleplay services login into my apps. There was that gamecircle thing  but FGL told me, it won't activate on googleplay so it wouldn't be an issue.

Hi Archbob,

Anything that we inject that is core to our service doesn't collect any personal or sensitive information from users, therefore it's most likely to be an SDK that was inserted into your app, either by Enhance or by you directly.

Which SDKs did you select when enhancing the app that was banned? Or was this app pre-enhance days (I notice you mention Adsorb), or FGL managed? If you can remember what SDKs are in it I might be able to point you to a solution!

I'm sure this was adsorb, it was FGL managed. If you have a solution, please pm or email me at webmaster@goodfreephotos.com .

Not sure if I can find/have to original source code to edit in a link. I was hoping the API could do that. These games were made years ago but since I put some promo into it, they still make a bit of cash.

The new agreement says in the Dashboard and somewhere in the APP itself.

Then you can add "About" page into your game and give a link to the privacy policy on your website.

I integrated AdMob and Firebase with Enhance, didn't have any problems and got 300k installs already.
