How should I set up a customizable character for unity?

I'm designing a 3D character (outside of unity) and I want it to be in a game so that a user can customize the actual shape and bone structure, and when they're finished then it walk ot jump and etc like it normally would. How should I set that up? Let's say I have a base character that's rigged...should I animate all possible actions at once? Should I keyframe each individual possible action? But what if I want one bone to do more than one thing in two different customizations?

I think the bigger question is: how has FGL not found a way to deal with spammers?

Sorry you haven't heard back from him yet.  He is part of the staff.  The link to the old profile pages do not work as the old marketplace/site has been taken down and that was a part of it.

If there is something you still need from him feel free to email him again or if its a question in general, you can email us at info@fgl.com.

Sorry again for the delays.
