Never received my payment for FGL app promo

So, I entered my apps into the $50 Enhance promotion that was made awhile back and never received my payment. My apps were approved and it has been well over the 30 day period with no follow up email or anything. What gives?

Hi Jetta,

Payments are being processed but due to the timing with the holidays it's taking a bit longer than anticipated. I can see that your game, "Tropical Run", is in our approved apps queue which means it should be awaiting payment processing.

Where is my payment ? I already have an EIN number and I sent back both forms ages ago.  I haven't heard anything from anyone.

I sent the Enhance promotion payments today.  If you did receive payment you must not have provided your tax forms or payment information.  I have sent an e-mail to the people with information left to provide.  Let me know if you have any questions.
