Which sponsors still pick up Flash games?

Are there any sponsors that still buy Flash games consistently? I can see that y8 and 101 juegos still semi often pick up Flash games. But is that it, is it just them? Is it now fair to say that Flash is finally dead?

If I'm not mistaken the recent sales page says otherwise, I see both Flash and HTML5 games on there sold in the last month?

When/what was the last HTML5 game you made that made no sales?

There are still a few bids and active sponsors. Mobile is definitely the way to go now though; don't be late, you'll miss the train!

Already tried mobile. Too difficult to get any downloads.

Really great graphics, but could use some sounds and gameplay polish (way too hard 1st level :( ).

I can hear only music.

I think I sold my last licenses like half a year ago, haven't made html5 games since then, but I know I can improve the quality of my games.

It still amazes me how people defend their game, instead of listening to feedback.

To stay on topic however, my latest flash game I uploaded a few months ago with an Editor Rating of 8, only had 21 sponsors views and no bid whatsoever.

My full focus is on mobile right now, only doing web if it's an easy port that doesn't take any extra time or effort.

Yes, getting downloads is an issue for a beginner mobile developer. But, please, check this thread: https://www.fgl.com/view_thread.php?thread_id=59533

So basically Flash is now virtually a total waste of time, especially on here, where only 1 game has been sponsored so far this month! And besides y8 and 101 juegos, no one can name any sponsor that even semi regularly looks to pick up Flash games! lol so after all this time, it basically is finally over ... oh well.

Pretty sure Gamezhero consistently picks stuff up (last I checked anyway) and one or two contacts still bought the odd game, however we gave up on Flash sponsorship. Way too inconsistent for me as I'm full-time. Now we do a lot of HTML5 contracting, and want to try and figure out the mobile markets too.

I see no activity in Recent Sales from 2nd July. Are there any hope? That's very sad.

So far, I saw that mobile is much worse than Flash in terms of monetization for average developer. The worst part is that promotion is up to you, meaning that you scarcely get any downloads, and have to invest money into them (I don't even mention skills). So I don't see how I can relatively EASILY (like with Flash) earn money from mobile, not being a huge experienced studio.

Just big money loves silence :)

Do you remember once we published on the frontpage that we helped game developers earn 20 million since the creation of the auction (2008)? But the earnings started growing much more rapidly since the beginning of the Mobile era and the release of Enhance.

But the developers need more courage to join this financial stream. Earlier you had to make a game, upload it to FGL and wait. Now you should make your game, run it through Enhance and release it to the public. And it's your task to ensure the game is addictive enough to keep the attention of 20% of the audience for a week.

I expect the threads like the following will appear soon in the Mobile forum

- why players don't return to my game?

- how to get more player into my game?

- where should I integrate a rewarded video?

- what is it better to buy: a mansion in SF or a penthouse in NY?

lol no doubt there are some developers making money from hidden object / match 3 / idle / card games, they are probably making a lot of money, but we are also probably talking about a single digit number of people, while everyone else makes nothing loool.
