hi people,

would you mind to share with me a tutorial or steps in order to get a very HD quality vector image?

and whats the best tool to get it, flash,photoshop,illustrator...etc

Do you  mean drawing vector designs? HD and image are normally used with raster visuals... what are you wanting to make?

for rgb, game asset wise and maybe for animations in future Flash is the best.

i mean a way to draw vector assets im facing a problem when i draw in flash an icon 100x100  if i resize it i lose resolution

what you mean by loosing resolution? If you have vector image resolution is irrelevant. You probably do something wrong like cache it into bitmap to early or something.

exactly my images arent vectors so i want to learn how to do them using flash or ps and apply that knowledge to create icons or sprites

ok I didn't understood you before. Just do vector art like everywhere else. General vector drawing tutorials will apply. Rules are similar.

If you are using line / pencil tool, convert them to shapes first.

They don't look so good at smaller resolutions (icon 100x100's)
