Here's the change list: http://www.flashgamelicense.com/blog/2011/04/site-update-notes/

Note: we are aware of issues with the drag-and-drop game-profile editor for some users, where coauthors' games aren't being shown and some people are unable to save their organized results. These problems will be fixed soon!

I'm co-Author of a couple of games... and they are not shown in my public profile. Is that a bug?

Eric - minor thing.

I got new bid today, and it said "Ads Allowed CPMstar (revenue is split)". I almost wrote PM to sponsor asking for details on the arrangement (how he is technically planning to do that in the first place Wink). But then I discovered that major update just rolled out. Wink

I understand that new description describes exactly how CPMStar standard arrangement works. However, I though I'd let you know that I was confused for a few minutes. New developers might also not realize that this is in fact standard ad arrangement of CPMStar and put too much value into option "Any (developer gets revenue)". While in reality today this only mean extra MochiAds income, which for many games is not too high.

PS: On a not-so-serious note, some comments on game before bidding sounds a bit funny with new remark. Real example: "Wow, this game is amazing! 10+ Note: this comment refers to an early version of the game, before it was ready for bidding.". No need to fix anything of course. Wink

sbat - thanks for the feedback! That's probably something we'll need to do some education on across the board -- there's a lot of new features and it will take some time to get the wording and presentation in a way that is most intuitive.

There seem to be some issues with the drag-and-drop tool for organizing your games, I'm seeing that it isn't saving the results for some people.. I'll let FGL_Merlin tackle that one in the morning, as I don't see the problem off-hand.

Camaleonyco - yes, that's a bug also, and will be fixed soon. When Merlin wakes up :)

Also in the Lonely Games section, why can I sometimes see information such as Editor's rating and "Buy it now for $1000" and sometimes that information isn't shown?

4urentertainment - that's bad. I don't see that happening here though, is it on the browse-list or when you're viewing a game? Do you remember any game name?

ScottProduction... - turns out we left it in for developers... for some reason. :) Guess it doesn't hurt anything, but sponsors can't see it.

Eric mentioned some problems with organising the games already.

I just wanted to expand: After making three categories and putting games in them (that part worked fine), I viewed my public profile and the order of the categories was reversed.

I went back to reorganise the games and one category "for sale" had disappeared with those games, and I had two empty "hidden" categories in the list.

I exited that page without saving and the public profile still shows all my games (albeit the categories are in the wrong order).

ps. great update!

I can see the editors rating and BIN prices on the front page dashboard for lonely games. Wondered if that was a bug.

Games it's showing for:

Dark Acre's Ball of Steel

Extreme Pearler

Egg & Eggs

Milly Elf

Why was best first impressions removed? My game received 30 views including an interested sponsor via that page. I can now see no point at all in ordering FIs as the reviews themselves mean nothing.

I like everything else though, particularly email changes

Kalinium - it had the lowest usage of any sponsor browse page, and frankly it was causing developers to abuse the First Impressions system, rewarding crappy FIs that just gave high marks, and punishing any FI that gave low marks. The result is we have a few thousand yes-men who just rate everything 10, which makes the results kind of useless. We need to weed those people out of the system, and the only way to do that is if developers rate them appropriately -- and they won't do that if they think there's an incentive to reward the yes-men.

Averagejoe - I was just fixing that, fixed now :)
